So what's the difference between this board and the other one costing £99. Well this £39.99 board makes use of machined clapsticks from wood. The other uses RESIN. This one has a whiter acrylic board whereas the other one has a more opaque board for better backlighting. This one has a nut and bolt system that is good enough. The expensive resin board has an adjustable system. If you can justify the extra £60 to buy the other board then go ahead.

But for many and we mean MANY film and TV companies this board is superb quality and excellent value for money. Many people have told us they find it difficult to justify jumping from £40 to £100 for basically the same board so this one fills the gap and does everything they need.
